In It's Really Simple: Pay Your Taxes you are an IRS enforcer who destroys the homes of tax evaders, piece by piece using your trustworthy baton. People won't take very kindly to it though so be prepared to fight back against enemies as try to stop you with their projectile attacks.

Just install the game and extract it wherever you want, and then click the executable to play the game. Make sure that the files stay together.
